Service information

Clear expectations before research support begins.

Our role is to help you make informed research decisions. The scope, price and practical arrangements for any paid consultation should be understood before you commit.

What our guidance covers

Consultations may address research design, literature methods, analysis interpretation, feedback, structure, referencing or project planning, according to the agreed scope and the specialist available. A request does not automatically create a paid engagement.

Academic responsibility

Students remain responsible for the authorship, accuracy, ethical approval, institutional compliance and submission of their own assessed work. DissertationKey does not guarantee grades, acceptance, publication or approval from a supervisor or committee. See our academic integrity guidance.

Agree the scope before payment

Before purchasing support, request written confirmation of the work to be discussed, the format and length of sessions, any review materials, fees, payment arrangements, scheduling, cancellation rules and who will deliver the service. Do not assume that a listed topic includes unrestricted writing, analysis or revisions.

Changes, cancellations and concerns

Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund or service concern should be handled against the written terms agreed for that engagement and any applicable consumer rights. Review our refund information and contact us if terms are unclear before making payment.

Final terms for paid engagements

The governing legal entity, jurisdiction, dispute process and binding commercial terms must be confirmed in the client agreement. This webpage is general service information and is not a substitute for that agreement.
