Frequently Asked Questions

Questions are part of research. They are welcome here too.

You may be staring at supervisor comments, trying to work out whether your PICOT question makes sense, or simply wondering what happens after you send us your brief. Here are the answers we would want someone to give us; clearly, without making the process sound more complicated than it is.

01

Getting started

The questions people usually have before they are ready to share a brief.

I am not even sure what kind of help I need. Can I still contact you?

Absolutely. You do not need to arrive with the right research terminology. Tell us what you are studying, what your lecturer or supervisor has asked for, what you have done so far, and where you feel stuck. We can help you work out whether the next step is a proposal, literature review, PICOT question, methodology decision, data analysis, capstone stage or something much simpler.

Can you help if I have already started the work?

Yes. Many students come to us halfway through a project. You might have a proposal that needs tightening, supervisor comments you are unsure how to address, a search that has become overwhelming, or a chapter that simply is not coming together. We can start from where you are rather than making you begin again.

What should I send when I request support?

Send whatever gives us the clearest picture: your assignment brief, rubric, university guidance, topic or research question, deadline, word count and any feedback you have already received. If you only have part of that, send what you have. We would rather ask a sensible follow-up question than make assumptions about your project.

02

Nursing research & academic support

Because a DNP project, a care plan and a systematic review should never be treated as the same kind of assignment.

Which nursing projects can you support?

Our focus is nursing. We support BSN, MSN, DNP and postgraduate nursing work across dissertations and theses, capstone and scholarly projects, systematic and scoping reviews, PICOT and evidence-based practice, literature reviews, research proposals, data analysis, care plans, clinical case studies, SOAP notes, reflective writing, nursing theory and concept analysis.

Can I ask for help with only one chapter or one stage?

Yes. You may need help with a methodology chapter while the rest of your dissertation is moving well, or with screening and data extraction after completing your own systematic-review search. Support can be scoped around one stage instead of an entire project.

Do you support BSN, MSN and DNP projects differently?

Yes, because the expectations are different. A BSN capstone may focus on applying evidence to a defined nursing problem. MSN work normally requires greater depth in evidence appraisal and advanced practice. DNP scholarly work often involves practice change, implementation, quality improvement and evaluation. We look at the actual program requirements rather than forcing every nursing project into one template.

Can you help me develop a PICOT or PICOT-D question?

Yes. We can help you move from a broad clinical concern to a focused question with a population, intervention, comparison, outcome and, where appropriate, timeframe. More importantly, we look at whether the question is searchable, realistic for your project and aligned with the evidence you will eventually need.

What if my supervisor has asked me to revise something?

Send the comments together with the relevant section of your work. We help you interpret what the supervisor is really asking for and work through the revision logically. Sometimes a comment that looks like a writing problem is actually pointing to a weak research question, missing justification or a break between methodology and analysis.

03

Academic integrity & your own voice

Good research support should make the work clearer to you, not distance you from it.

Will the work still sound like me?

That matters to us. Academic writing should be clear and credible without sounding as though every student was written by the same machine. Where we help you develop or revise material, we work from your topic, instructions, existing writing and academic level so the result remains consistent with a project you understand and can discuss.

How should I use the support I receive?

Use it as research and academic support: read it, question it, understand the reasoning, adapt it where necessary and make sure your final submission complies with your institution’s rules. You remain responsible for your academic work and for being able to explain and defend the decisions in it.

Do you help with exams or live assessed tests?

No. We do not provide answers for live exams, proctored assessments or other work where outside assistance is prohibited. If you are preparing beforehand, however, we can help you understand research methods, nursing concepts or the structure of an academic task.

04

Working together

What happens after you decide you would like another pair of experienced eyes on the project.

How will I know what is happening with my project?

Your client workspace is designed to be the place to follow progress, milestones, messages and files. We want you to know what stage the work is at rather than wondering what is happening behind the scenes.

Can I communicate about questions or changes along the way?

Yes. Research rarely moves in a perfectly straight line. A supervisor may change direction, a search may reveal something unexpected, or part of the brief may need clarification. Communication is part of the process, not an inconvenience.

What happens if I need revisions?

Send the feedback and tell us what has changed. We first distinguish between a revision to the agreed work and a genuinely new requirement. That way, you know what is being changed and why rather than receiving unexplained edits.

05

Pricing & payment

Clear enough that you know what you are paying for before you commit.

How is the price calculated?

Price depends on academic level, type of work, length, research complexity and deadline. A short undergraduate nursing paper is very different from a DNP scholarly project or a systematic review with several methodological stages. Use the order page to configure the support closest to your project.

Do I have to pay before I can ask a question?

No. You can contact us first if you are unsure about the scope. The important thing is that the project is understood before you commit to support that may not be the right fit.

How are payments handled?

Payments are handled through secure payment providers. Available payment options appear during the ordering process, and we do not ask you to send card details through ordinary messages or email.

06

Privacy, files & confidentiality

Your research may contain unpublished ideas, clinical context or material you simply do not want circulating.

Is my project confidential?

Yes. Your project information is treated as private. We do not publish your topic, files, identity or project details as samples or marketing material without permission.

What if my files contain sensitive information?

Tell us before uploading anything that contains identifiable patient, participant or organisational information. Wherever possible, remove or anonymise personal and clinical identifiers first. Research support should never require unnecessary exposure of confidential data.

Will other clients be able to see my work in the client portal?

No. The portal is designed around authenticated, project-specific access. A client should only be able to access the projects, messages and files assigned to their own account.

Still wondering?

Your project probably does not fit neatly into an FAQ.

That is normal. Send us the brief or explain what is holding you up, and we can start there.
